Running Just For Love

Running Just for Love is the true story of a man who rescued a greyhound in 1938 which set him on a path of trying to change the ethics behind greyhound racing. 

From a young boy, Fred saw the results of injustice, and now, during times of world war, discrimination and cruelty were everywhere to be seen and heard . Surely he could make a difference no matter how small, here in Hobart.

Kitty Kruup grew up taking for granted the piece of newspaper editorial pinned to the wall next to her Father's desk. 

Over the decades, it was always there. Her Mum and Dad shared stories with her about a greyhound her Dad had rescued, but it wasn't until she started properly researching the story that she realised just how significant and advanced in his thinking her Father truly was.
